Preparation Instructions

Wash your hands carefully and ensure all utensils are clean .

Boil fresh water and allow it to cool until lukewarm.

Measure approximately 75ml of lukewarm water into a bowl.

Add approximately 25g of CERELAC powder (adjust according to baby's appetite).

Stir thoroughly until smooth and creamy. Check temperature before serving .

প্রস্তুত প্রণালী

১. হাত ভালোভাবে ধুয়ে নিন এবং সব পাত্র পরিষ্কার আছে তা নিশ্চিত করুন ।
২. বিশুদ্ধ পানি ফুটিয়ে নিন এবং ঠাণ্ডা হতে দিন।
৩. একটি বাটিতে প্রায় ৭৫ মিলি কুসুম গরম পানি নিন।
৪. প্রায় ২৫ গ্রাম সেরেলাক পাউডার যোগ করুন (শিশুর ক্ষুধা অনুযায়ী পরিমাণ সামঞ্জস্য করুন)।
৫. মসৃণ ও ক্রিমি হওয়া পর্যন্ত ভালোভাবে নাড়ুন। পরিবেশনের আগে তাপমাত্রা পরীক্ষা করুন ।
